Frequently asked questions

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation by email. Your order will be dispatched within 3 business days from the time it is placed. After that, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. In the Netherlands, shipping generally takes 1-2 business days.

Please note that during sale and collection releases, dispatch time may take up to 5 business days.

We ship worldwide from The Netherlands. Our shipping rates are different per region. The applicable shipping rate will be automatically selected at checkout.

Customers are eligible to return items for refund up to 30 days after delivery. Returns will not be accepted if requested over 30 days past the delivery date noted on the order tracking. Pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.

Please allow up to 5 business days from the time you mail the return for our team to receive it and process the request. Refunds for returns will be provided once the item has been received and inspected by our team. Failure to provide the item back in its original OSSI branded packaging will result in a repackaging fee of €5. For all returns, items must be undamaged. OSSI is not accountable for items that are lost or damaged in the mail. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer, unless the returned item is faulty. The shipping costs as mentioned on our website also apply for return shipping.

Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days of the product being inspected and approved at our office. In the event the payment method and/or card used to place the order is no longer active or available, we will provide a credit code for the value paid. We are not able to provide refunds to any other account, other than the original one used to place the order. Warranty replacements will be issued using standard shipping services.

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry and guarantee that upon receiving the product, every jewelry item is free of material and manufacturing defects. This warranty is valid for the duration of 3 months, beginning on the date of purchase. To inquire if your jewelry is covered under this warranty, contact us with your name, address, order number, and a detailed description and pictures of the issue at hand. Warranty claims must be accompanied by acceptable proof of purchase. Note that you will be expected to pay the original cost of the item for repairs and/or replacements in the following cases, even during the warranty term: failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, etc.), failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification, aesthetic changes that occur from normal wear and tear, aging (minor scratches, etc.) and alteration of the color such as subtle color changes to the plating, etc. and failure or damage caused by fire or water, or a natural disaster. In the event your item required for warranty has been discontinued or sold out, a credit code will be offered for the value paid on the original purchase, to be used towards a new replacement purchase of another item and subject to approval. We will not honor fake or fraudulent warranty claims and reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to reject any warranty claims which we suspect to be fraudulent. 

Each OSSI piece is carefully hand-crafted and made from a variety of materials such as stainless steel, sterling silver 925, 14K gold, and acrylate. Our high-quality materials are durable and resistant to corrosion and oxidation. The accessories will not tarnish, rust, or turn green on the skin, even if worn on a daily basis.

The base material of our accessories is stainless steel, which means they are hypo-allergenic and perfectly fit for those who have sensitive skin.

We want your OSSI products to last a lifetime with proper care and maintenance. We advise you to take off your jewelry before sleeping or showering. Please avoid chemicals like bleach or chlorine. These can damage the plating and the surface of stainless steel metal. Therefore, we recommend you remove any jewelry before swimming in chlorinated pools.

To minimize wear and tear, avoid wearing your jewelry while performing activities where it may get damaged, scratched, or come into contact with chemicals. You can keep your jewelry safe in the OSSI jewelry box, in which you received the item(s).
